IXL Learning, a leading edtech company with products used by 11 million students worldwide, is seeking a highly motivated Senior Recruiter to help us hire top talent. As a Senior Recruiter at IXL, you will source and work closely with individual candidates for our G&A teams. You will work side by side with the recruiting team, hiring managers, and peers across every team within IXL to ensure that we hire the best individuals to work toward our mission.
The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills. The candidate must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have strong metrics reporting, as well as candidate sourcing and closing skills.
This is a full time position in our Raleigh, NC office. It may begin as remote, but will transition back to in-office when it is safe to do so.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGPartner with G&A hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs and help to strategize best recruiting efforts
Manage full-cycle recruiting for all critical G&A reqs
Foster long-term relationships with high-caliber talent and build the best network of candidates for our teams
Become an expert on IXL Learning and speak to candidates about our products, positions, and company culture
Create a seamless and efficient candidate experience that results in a positive impression of IXL Learning, regardless of the outcome
Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for on-site interview candidates
Help coordinate and attend career fairs, on-campus interviews, and other recruiting events
Assist with training and mentoring recruiting coordinators and other recruiters
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR5+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter
2+ years of experience sourcing candidates using internet search skills via LinkedIn, job boards and other tools, preferred
Bachelor’s degree
Strong eye for talent and an excellent ability to connect candidates with the right opportunities
Passionate about education and technology
Highly self-motivated and driven to go above and beyond what is required
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills and ability to cultivate great relationships with stakeholders
High-volume recruiting background
Experience with Greenhouse, LinkedIn or other sourcing/ATS application
