I’m looking for an experienced, kind and reliable caregiver for my 92 year old mom. She has been in and out of the hospital for the past 7 weeks with everything from low sodium at the beginning of her hospital stay to 2 small strokes last week. She has an apartment in Croasdaile Village retirement community and we are looking for one person who we can depend on to be there for her care. The hours would be 8am -11am and 8 pm-10pm every day of the week. She just needs someone to help with daily activities, for example things like helping her make breakfast, helping her shower , make her bed and be sure she takes her meds. I have a nurse filling her pill box each week so I don’t need you to do anything with her meds except remind her to take them at the appropriate intervals. She is somewhat hard of hearing but she’s fine as long as you speak clearly and not too fast.
