2025 Summer Law Clerk - Raleigh

Hedrick Gardner Kincheloe & Garofalo LLP, a defense firm with offices throughout the Carolinas, seeks law clerks to join one of our firm’s offices located in the cities of Charlotte, Raleigh, Wilmington, and Asheville, North Carolina, or Columbia, South Carolina, to provide litigation support for either our civil litigation or workers’ compensation practice.Civil litigation associates serve within the areas of insurance defense, professional liability defense and civil litigation.  Strong research and writing capabilities are a must. Workers’ Compensation duties include, but are not limited to, research, writing, contentions, evaluation letters, discovery, motions and other litigation support activities. Candidates must possess excellent interpersonal skills, have strong research, writing and verbal communication skills and be able to work independently.
