Software Engineer

Description We are in search of a Software Engineer to join our team in the facilities management industry. Located in Raleigh, North Carolina, this role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. The Software Engineer will be integral to maintaining and enhancing our myriad of applications, primarily based on Microsoft technologies. Responsibilities include: Maintaining and enhancing existing applications, the majority of which are asp.net webforms and C# 4.7 framework based. Contributing to the care and management of our applications, ensuring they function optimally at all times. Engaging in full stack work given the compact nature of our development team. Utilizing ASP.Net web forms, C#, and SQL in daily duties. Exploring and potentially implementing Blazor in our software stack. Deploying code, with potential for cloud deployment as we plan to transition to the cloud. Working with SQL Stored Procedures and possibly SSIS. Considering the incorporation of API development in our software solutions. Participating in DevOps tasks when necessary.Requirements Minimum of 5 years experience in a software engineering role Proficiency in API Development is a must Demonstrated experience with ASP.NET is required Solid knowledge of C Sharp Programming (C#) is essential Familiarity with T-SQL - Transact-SQL is a key requirement Experience with Blazor is highly preferable Understanding of SQL Stored Procedures is necessary Proven track record of successful Code Deployments Prior experience in the Real Estate Property/Facilities Mgt industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
