- At least 12 years of IT experience, with minimum 4 years of experiences in Salesforce.com space
- At least 3 years as SFDC Techno Fucntional Lead, with high degree of direct client interaction
- Worked on at least 2 full lifecycle Salesforce.com implementation projects, in the capacity of a Lead/BSA/Architect
- Agile/SCRUM project experience is highly preferred
- Knowledge on SFDC marketing (Marketo) is highly preferred
- Sound knowledge on native Force.com features across all ‘Clouds’, including those relevant to building applications ground up on Force.com
- Experience in performing hands-on application configuration activities in Salesforce.com
- Understanding of what can be built on Force.com using custom development
- Understanding of the strengths and limitations of Force.com platform, along with implementation best practices
- Up-to-date with the latest releases and features offered by Salesforce
- Understanding of complex ETL and data migration practices
- Knowledge of CRM business processes and other upstream, downstream processes
- Knowledge of other applications such as Eloqua, Aprimo, Zuora, Apttus, etc. preferred.
- Experience in gathering/reviewing business requirements and translate to Force.com design solution
- Experience in creating functional and technical requirements for new projects and enhancements
- Ability to create, analyze, and recommend, multiple alternative design solutions
- Ability to advice on best practices and approaches to the team and the client
- Experience in researching production system issues, resolve user problems and escalate when necessary.
- Ability to create and execute unit, integration and UAT plans, including test cases and test data
- Experience in creating, delivering and presenting end-user training materials to Salesforce users
- Strong problem solving/analytical skills and comfortable with analyzing data
- Ability to effectively balance and prioritize multiple projects concurrently
- Experience in working with onsite-offshore model, interacting with client and development teams globally
- Strong and effective written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders at all levels of the organization
