- The Senior Product Owner/Business Analyst will work across multiple initiatives within Data Analytics – Controls & Supervision IT Team
- Lead multiple initiatives by interfacing with the business stakeholders, driving book of work prioritization, requirement elicitation and validation, providing regular status updates to the stakeholders, and taking responsibility for various project artifacts (functional requirements, user interfaces, user stories)
- Interface with Business users and bridge gaps between business and IT
- Drive requirements analysis and verification, ensuring that requirement statements are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, traceable, feasible, unambiguous, and verifiable, and that they conform to standards.
- Write specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution
- Develop functional specifications and interface specifications for client engagements.
- Communicate needed changes to development team
- Work with QA team on test plan reviews and assist in QA testing process with requirements clarifications and questions

- Should have working knowledge or experience working in a financial institution, Investment Bank in particular
- Proficiency with data analysis and user interface design principles
- Working knowledge of contemporary requirement's elicitation, analysis, specification, verification, and management practices and the ability to apply them in practice; familiarity with requirements engineering books and resources
- Experience working in Agile development environment and acting as a Product Owner/Product Manager in this environment
- Knowledge of product management concepts and how enterprise software products are positioned and developed
- Application domain knowledge on Regulatory and controls is a plus, to have credibility with user representatives and be able to work effectively with them
- Result oriented, dedicated, hardworking who can work on own initiative and can deliver on time with a high level of integrity and flexibility, sense of urgency, attention to detail and quality standards.
- Proficiency with Excel, MS Word, MS Visio, PowerPoint, Jira and Confluence
- Basic SQL skills with ability to extract and analyze large volumes of data using Oracle or Sybase databases.
- Experience creating interface specification documents, attribute mapping documents, functional specifications.
- Experience of ALM Quality Centre (or equivalent tools).
- Familiar with creating Gliffy Diagram and Balsamiq Wireframes.
