Description We are seeking a reliable, organized, and efficient Administrative Assistant to support our team. The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a high level of organizational ability, and be able to handle a wide range of administrative tasks. This role will be instrumental in maintaining day-to-day operations, and as an Administrative Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our company, providing administrative support across the organization.Key Responsibilities:

Manage and distribute information within the office, which includes answering phone calls, taking memos, and maintaining files.

Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations as needed.

Arrange travel and accommodations for staff and company executives.

Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, faxes, and post.

Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and bookings.

Assist with office management duties, such as ordering supplies and managing the office layout.

Provide general support to visitors.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in dealing with sensitive information.

Requirements

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a relevant administrative role.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work well under limited supervision.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
