Piper Enterprise Solutions has a client looking for a Regulatory Compliance Manager to help ensure the clients current and future product compliance activities meet all governmental regulations. Responsibilities for the Regulatory Compliance Manager:• Lead an effort to review current practices and protocols and drive improvements to improve efficiencies and reduce customer report request turnaround time. • Maintain awareness of company, customer, and regulatory requirements. Ensure current policies and procedures remain up to date to new requirements. • Create, maintain performance statistics, including capacity analysis, for compliance activities. • Develop internal policies and procedures for compliance investigations, tracking, and constructing suitable customer reports taking onto consideration company, customer, and regulatory requirements. Qualification for the Regulatory Compliance Manager:• Semiconductor's background • Extensive Knowledge of sustainability measures and environmental regulations, such as RoHS, REACh, California Prop 65, and WEEE. • Demonstrated experience in Product Compliance Management in an Electronics and/or Semiconductor Industry. • Ability to use/interpret CAD solid modelling to extract BOMs and BOM items. • Experience with using the International Material Data System (IMDS) to post and track submissions.
