Reputable company of 42+ years is seeking experienced Service Dispatcher/ Customer Service Representative. Service Titan experience is mandatory.
Responsibilities
Fields multiple incoming calls for service requests, repair quotes, and concerns. Maintains ongoing daily schedule for service department for 5-10 technicians. Ongoing daily dispatch/ timekeeping. Create purchase orders for service parts, and maintenance items when applicable. Contacts and schedules membership customers for recurring service events. First line of contact for Podium customer chats. Provides office support for technicians, including but not limited to: service history, membership status, etc.
Qualifications
Service Titan experience is required. Microsoft Office programs, including Teams, Sharepoint, Outlook, are a plus. Podium experience is a plus. Must have 2+ years of experience in HVAC office setting.
Compensation/ Benefits
Compensation will be paid weekly, and payday is Friday of each week. Employment at AirMakers is contingent upon passing several forms of eligibility requirements including but not limited to, background check, drug screening, previous employment verification and references, and acceptance of AirMakers employment agreement.
