and tourists, we’re bringing the experience to Raleigh, and we are looking for a vibrant
individual to join the team! Candidates must know the Raleigh area well, as you will be guiding
e-bike tours in the city. You will be working with customers in a laid-back and FUN
environment. The candidate will have the opportunity to grow with the team.
This position is both part-time and full-time, with more hours needed during peak tourist season.
The responsibilities include:
- Lead guided tours
- Handle checking customers in who have booked a tour
- Make sure that all riders are comfortable (and capable) by providing a tutorial for all renters
and guiding through all the basics of operating an e-bike
- Handle minor repairs and daily maintenance checks on all e-bikes
The ideal candidate should be/have:
- Friendly phone and personal presence
- A good communicator
- Reliable (have the ability to work with little or no supervision)
- Energetic (be able to add excitement in a tour with a group of people)
- Familiar with bikes and e-bikes
- Basic computer skills
- A problem solver (able to handle any possible situation during a tour)
- An e-bike of their own (to use during tours)
- A natural leader
Salary is hourly and negotiable (based on candidate's experience level), with opportunities to
