Responsibilities
Assist with leasing, contracts, and general real estate operations.
Support the development of AI-driven “digital agents” to help automate customer interactions and improve client experience.
Collaborate with the business team to design workflows that integrate real estate services with automation.
Help maintain and update websites across multiple platforms (no heavy coding required).
Research and test emerging tools that enhance client acquisition and customer support.
Contribute creative ideas to grow our business and streamline operations.
What We’re Looking For
Recent graduate in Real Estate, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
Interest in real estate (prior coursework, internships, or personal interest welcome).
Ambitious, self-motivated, and excited to learn in a fast-evolving space.
Familiarity with website builders (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace, Wix) or willingness to learn.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Tech-curious, with a desire to work at the intersection of real estate and AI-driven automation.
Nice to Have
Internship or project experience in real estate, leasing, or property management.
Exposure to basic programming or AI tools (but not required).
Experience with customer service, sales, or digital marketing.
