What do Amergis Behavior Technicians do? BTs facilitate teacher led instruction Review and implement Behavior Intervention Plans Perform ABA related teaching strategies Amergisize safety during crisis behavior Support during transitions and alternative environments Minimum Qualifications and Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent A minimum of 1 year of experience in working with children with special needs Must have desire to work with adolescents with behavioral challenges Must have reliable transportation Qualification and Training Amergis BTs will go through a training program created by a BCBA specifically for school settings.
