Blue Chip Maintenance is looking for skilled, quality handymen to complete work orders for single family rental homes.
Blue Chip Maintenance is a contractor-focused platform that provides 1099 contractors with scheduled work orders based around the contractor's availability, location, and skill set. There are no fees associated with working with us. We will handle the scheduling, estimates, and invoicing. Grow your business with no advertising costs or overhead.
Requirements:
- Must drive a truck, van, or SUV
- Pass Background Check
- Must be able to show up on time. No show, no work.
- Quality work
- Smart Phone
Looking for technicians that can do HVAC service work or Mid-Level Carpentry work (trim, fences, decks, etc) OR at least 2 of the following below:
-Appliance repair
-Drywall/texture/paint
- Mid Level plumbing (water heater install, clearing clogged lines with an auger, shower valves, PRV's)
-Light electrical work
-General handyman/maintenance work
The Pay:
-Labor payout for each work order is dependent on the scope of work. Typically the range is $30-$40hr based on skill.
-Pay is by direct deposit on a weekly basis – EVERY THURSDAY
