Job Description - Property Coordinator
757 Homes is looking for a property coordinator to complete all on-site needs of its small private real estate rental / management company. The business is growing fast and this is a chance to invest your time into an organization that will have a lot of opportunity for growth!
The Basics
Role: Property Coordinator
Reports to Operations Manager
Part-time
Responsibilities
Complete all basic maintenance requests within a 2 business day turnaround. Examples include cleaning gutters, minor paint jobs, patching holes, fix doors etc. We will sub out all major jobs!
Perform property showings with client prospects, understanding all application details as to effectively help sell the property to a potential renter.
Respond promptly to texts / calls from the team so we can all stay in the loop together.
Voice feedback from renters and observations to the team so we can stay up-to-date with the needs of the properties and renters together.
Needs
To have consistent availability to work the same 2 days a week. For example, always available Tuesdays from 10 - 1 and Fridays from 10 - 1.
To have your own toolset
To have a truck & drivers license
To own a smart phone and be savvy using basic applications (RentRedi (renter management software) & Asana (project management software).
Pay
1099 position for foreseeable future
First 60 days - $17 / hour
After 60 days - $20 / hour, room for promotion and compensated gas
