Assembly, test and repair of magnetic systems. Responsibilities include wiring of coil circuits, installation of permanent magnet materials, mechanical assembly, vacuum resin filling and testing of magnetic systems, component level panel building of controllers plus inspection, quality certification and packaging of finished systems. Repair and re-work of non-compliant systems to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings, follow standard operating procedures, recognize non-conformance and notify appropriate personnel. Skills required include soldering, use of hand tools and test/measurement tools.
