Relief Auditor and Front Desk Agent

Handle guest inquiries, requests and complaints promptly and professionally. Provide information about hotel services, amenities and local attractions. Process reservations, cancellations and room assignments accurately. Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Perform or assist with night audit duties as needed. Full-time or part-time. Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a resort or hotel setting, or a degree or certificate in Hospitality is advantageous. Proficiency in bilingual communication is a plus. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
