Prep/Pantry Cook at Ocean Blvd. Bistro w/Advance Opportunity

Join one of the best teams on the Outer Banks - in Kitty Hawk! We are looking to train an aspiring cook to work with our professional team at Ocean Boulevard. With limited experience, candidate can start out in Garde Manger (Pantry) while learning how to prepare and stock scratch-made items throughout our kitchen. During service, this position is responsible for Salads and Desserts. There is opportunity to train for Expediting as well as helping with the Saute station within a short period of time, which means moving up as you learn. We are only open at night, so this is mainly an afternoon to evening position. Typical shifts are 2pm to 11pm, but start times may vary. This is a great opportunity to work with some fantastic ingredients and build a career in the culinary arts, under the guidance of a creative and proficient team.
