We're looking to hire Line Cooks and Prep Cooks to join our team! We're looking for individuals who have a passion for food and cooking to work in the most exciting food service company in the county. Candidates who can multitask efficiently, take directions well and communicate effectively are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
Prepare ingredients used in restaurant's recipes.
Prepare food and maintain sanitary conditions in a kitchen.
Have experience with manual cooking methods.
Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, slicing meat, or preparing sauces)
Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
Clean up station and take care of leftover food
Stock inventory appropriately
Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
