BARTENDERS: Weekend Brunch and Dinner Nightly- Working the bar and handling the service side for the dining room. Knowledge of craft cocktails-(no, not the 8 bottle pickup kind), local beer list, Over 100 wines by the glass. Stocking all B/W/L nightly and inventory after the shift, keeping bar area/lounge orderly. Tip out is 10 percent from all servers nightly.
SERVERS- hourly base above average, PLUS tips. Minimal tip out to weekend/holiday runner-resitter. Looking for a minimum of 2 years experience in a fast environment handling 5-7 tables in their section. TOAST system is in place. Working together as a TEAM with everyone is essential for all around success.
Experience with at least 12-months experience-(you must know correct wine-service). Craft beers, fun cocktails Knowing the "art of the sale" when it comes to food and beverage. Open availability/set schedule available. Open on all holidays to work a part of the shift-(will detail in interview)
Brunch/Lunch/Dinner shifts available. Must be available for at least-1/2-Brunch and- 1/2 Lunch shift(s) a week. All dinner shifts are available Weekends open. Truly no late nights.
