Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
2. Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
3. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen
4. Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of orders
Requirements:
1. Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role preferred.
2. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
5. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
