Ability to Cook at a high volume.
Understand food cost and create a menu to be priced accordingly.
Be a team leader on communicate with the owners.
Have a passion for the latest culinary trends.
A flexible schedule to include day shifts, night shifts and weekends.
Be drama free and be able to smile while you work.
A proven track record.

Salary : $75,000 & up based on experience
