General contractor looking for reliable workers

I’m looking for some employees some that have construction experience some that want to learn but most of all someone that can show up. Have plenty of work. Will keep you busy pay based on what you can do for me do a lot of decks and repairs home renovations, and more Must have transportation. I do not supply transportation, and we work in various locations.
