Seeking a mature, compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Aide to assist six elderly disabled residents with personal care and daily living tasks in a Family Care Home setting.
Requirements for position:
Candidates should possess a HS Diploma/GED
Have an ability to assist residents with personal care tasks while respecting their dignity and privacy.
Have strong communication skills to effectively interact with residents, families, healthcare professionals and Administrator
Have Integrity, Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to serve elderly residents.
Have References/Work History that can be verified
Duties:
Administer medication
Prepare and cook meals
Light house cleaning
Keep accurate records
Attend to residents ADL’s
Participate in scheduled daily activities
PART-TIME HOURS:
TUESDAY & THURSDAYS: 7:30 am-12:30pm
NO CNA’s are required for employment! ALL training is done on the job.
