Specific ONLY to the Emerald Isle/Indian Beach/Salter Path areas, cleaning team needed to follow COVID-19 protocol cleaning of 2 bedroom/2 bath oceanside condo. Possibly more condos after trial period of 3 months ends.
Duties include multi-weekly cleanings of interior kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, dusting, windows. Must have own supplies and be able to regularly wash/rotate linens provided to you by us.
Also, important is your ability to access the property in Salter Path quickly for potential emergencies or to provide guests with extra needs on occasion which you are also compensated. Essentially we need a team we can rely on when we aren't in town to assist us in maintaining the comfort of rental guests.
Typically, with a clean condo, clean linens, all necessary info provided to guests, everything runs like a well oiled machine BUT there are times when guests have extra needs or need assistance, etc. and that would also be part of the job description. Also, bonus if you can do light handy work, as well!
