Lead Product Manager, AFR

We are seeking a Lead Product Manager to join our Publishing Product team and lead the implementation of the product strategy and roadmap for The Australian Financial Review (AFR) across B2C and B2B channels. ​You will work closely with the Head of Audience Product and Director of Product to define the strategy and ensure prioritised initiatives align with business objectives. ​As a leader, you will manage, coach, and mentor two product managers while fostering collaboration across teams to deliver innovative digital products that drive subscription revenue growth and enhance user experiences. ​Key Responsibilities: ​Product Strategy and Execution: ​Define and drive the AFR product vision and strategy across web, mobile app and other distribution channels.Collaborate with engineering managers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver successful products. ​Analyse data, user research, and market trends to identify opportunities. ​Own roadmap development, prioritisation, and product lifecycle phases. ​Monitor performance and iterate for continuous improvement. ​
