The Engagement Marketing Executive works within the Audience Engagement team to deliver brand-specific campaigns and engagement initiatives that reinforce the value of a subscription throughout the audience lifecycle. This role is responsible for the development and execution of key engagement campaigns and initiatives and brand campaigns for our Publishing brands, including The Australian Financial Review, The Sydney Morning Herald, The Age and Brisbane Times. The role will collaborate closely with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure our subscribers stay informed and deepen their connection with our newsroom. This role ensures our subscribers get value from their relationship with our brands by engaging them in our award-winning content, reinforcing our value proposition, and delivering the best subscriber experiences possible.Day to day you will:Execute campaigns and engagement initiatives across owned and offsite channelsCollaborate with editorial stakeholders to manage the promotion and marketing rollout of editorial contentManage subscriber offers, promotions and competitions where necessaryUse Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other marcomms platforms to deliver targeted communications and other engagement initiativesWork with creative team to develop creative campaignsUse behavioural data and subscription insights to build compelling messaging and triggers to further engagement and improve retention across the customer lifecycleDevelop, send and provide recommendations for BAU email sends plus manage the schedule and creative process for BAU house press and display adsAssist with campaign tracking, reporting and analysis to form and communicate insights.
