The Junior Contract Administrator will assist senior contract managers in managing and overseeing contracts, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, company policies and procedures, and other legal regulations. This is an entry level position and an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience and grow in contract management and administration.Key Responsibilities:
Assist senior contract managers in the preparation, review, and execution of contracts with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with contractual, legal, regulatory, and organizational requirements.
Maintain accurate records of contracts, amendments, and correspondence.
Track key contract milestones, deadlines, and deliverables.
Submit accurate reporting.
Maintain contract files in accordance with contractual requirements and company policy.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., legal, finance, procurement) to ensure smooth contract execution.
Perform other administrative duties as needed, such as document management and filing
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Familiarity with contract law and legal terminology is a plus.
