This is a requirement.IT Technical A nalystThe Technical Analystis responsible formanaging the product roadmap andthedesign,development,and executionofthe eCommerce related business requirements to support B2C and B2B use cases. The product owneris responsible fordeveloping a deep knowledge of the day-to-dayinteractionof our customersand operation of our businessto develop and supporton-going Online application improvements.The product owner should have good background knowledge or experience in IT development andbeable to translate complex businessprocessesinto detailed and clear user stories to direct the development work.Duties and Responsibilities :
Define a long-term product roadmap whileidentifyingkey opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Demonstrate and develop deep domainexpertise, competitive landscape awareness, and provide consulting on best practices and emerging trends.
Deliver solutions which specify processes, technology, staffing,and project managementrequiredfor implementation.
Define and manage requirements for capabilities – includes business solution concepts, user stories, test case input, business case (ROI value) or other documents.
Engage UX on Concept Work, Wireframes, Comps and Prototypes.
Participate in Release & Sprint Planning.
Establish business and web success metrics with analytics teamandmonitorresults.
Drive need and priority throughout the software development lifecycle.
Ensure that business and customer interests are represented, and that online development / engineering / user experience teams are aligned on those needs.
Consultation as “trusted expert advisor” role to both internal and external stakeholders, including formal advice, Executive customer presentations, and speaking engagements at industry conferences.
Communicate Project status and Demos to Stakeholders & Executives.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Ability to speak English and Mandarin fluently.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of system developmentmethodology, product management, analytical/problem solving skills and relevant development and technology skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Ability toworkand analyzecomplex issues
Ability to work in complex and diverse global team
Ability to communicate with audiences at various levels in a manner that is most effective
