UNC Physician Network provides the majority of primary care and select specialty care to our market from thirteen separate medical park locations throughout the county. Our 137-bed licensed hospital is a member of the UNC Health System located in the foothills of the beautiful Blue Ridge mountains.Position Details:
Dedicated to performing medical consults/medical management at Jonas Hill Hospital for inpatient behavioral health patients. Patients are followed by the behavioral health team at Jonas Hill for psychiatric needs.
Work with a team of experienced and highly skilled physicians, physician assistants and nurse practitioners
Focus on teamwork, work-life balance, and flexibility
Standardized documentation and extensive resources to ensure maximal efficiency and support while minimizing unnecessary and time consuming duties
12 hour shifts, 7a-7p

In house specialty backup available from Cardiology, Nephrology, General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, Vascular Surgery, ENT, Pulmonology, Podiatry, Urology
