About your tasks:Strategic Payment Vision: Define and refine a long-term, customer-centric payment strategy that aligns with Redcare Pharmacy’s overarching business goals and market opportunities that is centered around finding the balance between reducing friction for the customer and reducing costs. Champion a forward-thinking payment culture across teams, encouraging innovation and fostering best practices in payment operations and solutions. Drive strategic decision making: Lead in-depth analyses of various options forward, encompassing regulatory requirements, competitive advantages, financial impacts, and organizational readiness. Develop clear, data-driven recommendations and present them to senior leadership, influencing key decisions that shape the company’s financial and operational future.Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with Finance, Accounting, Legal, Development Team and other executive stakeholders to ensure full alignment between payment initiatives and broader organizational priorities to ensure the execution of the payments strategy towards a seamless payments experience and operations.  Risk and Compliance Oversight: Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Security teams to ensure that payment strategies adhere to all relevant regulations, including data privacy, fraud prevention, and PSD2 mandates.Performance Measurement and Optimization: Establish high-level KPIs to assess the effectiveness of payment initiatives, aligning them with broader financial and operational metrics.
