About your tasksShape our sustainability strategy: Lead the development of our overarching sustainability strategy, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and upcoming regulatory requirements (e.g., CSRD).Lead the materiality analysis: Oversee and enhance our double materiality assessment by integrating stakeholder perspectives and driving data-driven risk evaluations.Steer compliance and reporting: Take ownership of sustainability disclosures in our annual report and coordinate audit processes with internal and external stakeholders.Drive governance and performance tracking: Develop and present dashboards that provide insights on progress toward sustainability goals, linking them to key business metrics.Inspire change and innovation: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by driving new processes, supporting change initiatives, and identifying opportunities for sustainable development.
