Spa Supervisor

Join our team as the Spa Supervisor and become one of the authors of our story. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising all Spa team members to ensure quality health and services to members and guests. You will also be responsible for scheduling all spa-related appointments, checking guests in and out, and assisting in all retail sales.Deliver exceptional guest service by being attentive, courteous, and resolving issues promptly, while keeping management informed.Ensure daily readiness, cleanliness, and functionality of all spa and fitness facilities.Serve as a knowledgeable resource on spa services, treatments, products, and policies; arrange appointments and host tours.Support administrative tasks including scheduling, billing, inventory, software usage, and answering inquiries.Oversee front desk operations, assist in staff training, evaluate team performance, and handle other duties as needed.Additional Benefits:Free ParkingFree Team Member CafeteriaHoliday PayTeam Member Stay Program50% off F&B + Spa
