Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Community Manager. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our manufactured housing community, ensuring resident satisfaction, and maintaining a positive living environment. This is a part-time position offering ($800 salary a month) and flexible hours. The position will require approximately 10 hours a week.

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, prospective tenants, and vendors

- Customer Service: Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly and effectively.

Collections Management: Handle collections efforts by contacting residents regarding outstanding rent payments, providing payment options, and working to find solutions that align with our policies.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of resident interactions, payments, and communication in our CRM software- Rent Manager.

Previous experience in property management or collections is ideal

- Manage administrative tasks related to leasing and resident files

- Conduct thorough tenant screenings and assist with lease signings

- Handle resident inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests in a timely manner

- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies

- Collaborate with maintenance staff to address property maintenance needs

- Implement marketing strategies to attract new residents and maximize occupancy rates

Skills:

- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail

- Understanding of legal administrative procedures related to leasing and evictions

- Excellent conflict management and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to effectively communicate with residents, staff, and vendors

- Knowledge of fair housing regulations is essential

We are seeking someone who can easily and fluently speak with tenants, so being fluent in ENGLISH and SPANISH is a MUST.
