Location: North Carolina and 37 other states

Position: Director of Door-to-Door Sales (D2D)

Compensation: Six figures ($100,000+) in 4-5 months

We are currently expanding our operations and are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Door-to-Door Sales (D2D) to spearhead this initiative.

Position Overview:

As the Director of Door-to-Door Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales strategy and execution in North Carolina. This position offers a lucrative compensation package, including the potential to earn six figures within 4-5 months, with housing provided to ensure your focus remains solely on achieving outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Strategy: Design and execute strategic sales plans tailored to the North Carolina market. Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to maximize performance and achieve targets.

- Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate sales performance metrics. Implement best practices and continuous improvement strategies to optimize team effectiveness and sales outcomes.

- Client Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with potential clients through effective communication and engagement strategies. Address client concerns and feedback to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

- Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on sales progress, team performance, and market insights. Use data-driven analysis to make informed decisions and drive growth.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Non required. We will teach you everything you need to know about the service, pitch, and communications skills.

- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.

Compensation and Benefits:

- Commission: Potential to earn six figures ($100,000+) within 4-5 months based on performance and achievement of sales targets. Average rookie reps make $50k. Average rep on my team makes $70k

- Growth: Once you sell 125k in serviced revenue you are automatically moved up to team leader and will recieve a 12k bonus in the form of a salary.

- Housing: Complimentary housing is provided to ensure you can focus on your role without additional concerns.

- Additional Incentives:

125k = TL Salary, team trip, 5% commission bonus.

5% commission bonus for each 25k sold
