Responsibilities – Automotive Sales Consultant:
Greet customers and establish a professional, friendly rapport
Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles
Present and demonstrate vehicle features; accompany customers on test drives
Clearly explain pricing, incentives, and financing/leasing options
Coordinate with the finance department to complete all necessary paperwork
Follow up with potential and existing customers to build long-term relationships
Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
Stay current on product knowledge, new vehicle features, and industry trends
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
Provide top-tier customer service before, during, and after the sale
Qualifications/Requirements – Automotive Sales Consultant:
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience or a customer-facing role preferred
Proven success in building client relationships and delivering high-level service
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Goal-driven with a positive attitude and a team-player mindset
Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and product offerings
Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or GED equivalent
