Position Overview:
We are seeking vigilant and dedicated Fire Watch Security Officers to patrol a large industrial facility spanning 114,000 square feet. This role is crucial in ensuring fire safety compliance and protecting the property.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular and systematic patrols of the entire area every 30 minutes or as required by fire code.
Watch for signs of smoke, sparks, or fire hazards.
Call the fire department immediately in the event of fire detection.
Complete detailed fire log reports after each patrol.
Qualifications:
Must be reliable, alert, and able to walk/stand for extended periods.
Prior Fire Watch or security experience preferred.
Must have a valid security license.
