The Opportunity: Chief Marketing Officer
Lead strategic marketing and be the catalyst for significant growth for this mission-driven company that has transformed the insurance industry and is expanding their footprint into a more national company.
The Alliance seeks to grow revenue and profitability every year and is searching for a passionate strategic marketer with elite execution skills who will drive brand awareness and build relationships with new and existing clients.
This person is a driven, results-oriented marketing leader who has a proven record of building revenue and scaling in a services business.
To succeed the CMO will:
Define and develop growth and market strategy and direct execution
Expand awareness, develop interest, and generate qualified leads
Lead team to develop compelling content and promote through multiple digital and offline channels
Design collateral and campaign materials that are consistent with the Alliance brand
Grow digital presence and continue to vet and roll out new technology and tools to improve activities
Assess and evaluate marketing activities through analysis and presentations to the business
Establish and manage annual budget
Oversee distribution and management of sponsorships
Manage CRM communications to ensure timely and optimal communication
Provide executive level communications support for CEO
Develop communication plans for the business and key senior level executives
Provide internal communications support for strategic initiatives

Preferred Experience:
10+ years of previous marketing experience
Demonstrated understanding of the business and market dynamics including financial performance, key objectives/challenges, and competitive landscape
Proven leadership, people management, execution, and influencing skills
Prior experience managing or influencing large, multi-disciplinary groups in multiple locations
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Excellent project management skills
Strong time management, organizational, planning and follow-up skills; ability to multi-task effectively
Ability to handle multiple assignments and be proactive in a fast-paced environment, while remaining calm under pressure
Strong interpersonal and partnership skills
