Attorney Needed; Opportunity for Own Law Practice; Paralegal alsoVeteran sole practitioner with full practice and overflow work seeks associate or similar arrangement with another attorney. Also experienced paralegal or legal secretary. Practice focuses on assisting businesses in all phases—litigation, collections, setting up corporations and LLCs, contracts, bankruptcy, tax/wills/estate planning, and general practice. (No bank-financed title searches of homes.) Applicant must have superior academic credentials, be licensed to practice in North Carolina, and have actual experience practicing law in a law firm. Attorney applicant also must have solid computer skills, an interest in business legal matters, and a very real desire to practice law and, preferably a desire eventually to own his or her own practice.
