Temp/Perm Job (Nov 1st through March 1st winter) 400 week 20Hrs a week. Could become year round permanent for right person. 20hrs a week. 1pm-5pm M-F occasional Saturday or Sunday if dealing with inclement weather makeup day.
Duties include, but are not limited to: Maintaining a 2 acre dog park, mowing, aerating seeding, etc
Rake leaves/acorns, remove fallen branches, make minor fence repairs, spray for weeds and insects.
Snow plowing parking lot (if snow occurs) pressure washing, misc repairs, floor cleaning, changing HVAC Filters monthly,
Job requires level of fitness must be able to lift 50lbs, must be familiar with tools used daily, shovels rakes 4wheeler, mowers blowers chains saws etc. Must be able to maintain equipment effectively to maintain long term service-ability.
