Position Summary The team members work with regional technicians, Local IT contacts and the End User Community providing support and delivering on the User Request Services for End User Equipment. This position is an onsite End User facing position. Role RequirementsBasic understanding of End User Equipment Asset ManagementBasic understanding of Web Shop environmentsAbility to work in multiple delivery and management toolsAbility to work with Vendors and Purchasing tools Key ResponsibilitiesProvide support for End User Requests for all local Volvo Customers. Ensure the ability to deliver equipment and support according to Service LevelsResponsible for the procurement of assets as per work guidelinesDialog with equipment suppliers and follow-up of orders.Manage the local end-user equipment stock/inventory as per process.Be the natural contact for end-users regarding questions around equipment ordersEnsure documentation and follow-up communications are performed in a professional wayTroubleshoot and resolve system and order issues in the order management systemsProvide or assist in reporting requests on as needed basis. Essential Skills and ExperienceA minimum of three years of IT experienceExcellent Analytical skillsGood Microsoft O365 Suite knowledge and ticket management tool e.g. Service-NowLocal language is mandatory, plus good command of English Demonstrated team player with a high degree of integrity, credibility, and confidentiality.Ability to work independently.Self-started and driven individual.
