Property Management Company is accepting resumes/applications for the position of "Trash Out Team". The position is full-time, year round, with FT benefits. (medical/dental, paid holidays, and paid time off). This is NOT a contract (1099) position.
The position is manual labor and requires a valid driver's license and clean background. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, removing furniture from abandoned units and dumpster areas, removing excess trash/large items from properties and hauling it to the local landfill. Experience in hauling a trailer is a plus!
