THE POSITION

The Department of Human Services,Bureau of Juvenile Justice Services, South Mountain Secure Treatment Unit is seeking dedicated first-line supervisors to effectively guide, assist, and motivate staff to make a difference in the lives of court-adjudicated youth. We are seeking supervisors who are willing to roll up their sleeves and actively engage in working directly with the people they supervise. The ideal candidate will be able to develop effective relationships with staff and court-adjudicated youth to help address personal problems and provide positive reinforcement to instill proper attitudes and responsible behaviors and respond well in controversial situations and hold others and themselves accountable for actions.
