Managers Responsibilities:
Ensure high quality customer experience by providing service, speed and quality in a restaurant setting
Exhibit the ability to work as a team and manage individual responsibilities
Ensure cleanliness in a fast-paced environment and adhere to sanitation standards
Inventory management
Training of team membersLeads the development and training of all restaurant employees.
Oversee daily store maintenanceEnsures all security procedures are executed (cash deposits, customer safety,staggered method of open/close, etc.)
Internal communications
Scheduling
Set targetsEffectively executes national and co-op promotions to maximize sales potential.
Plan budgetsAccurately projects and controls P&L line items, e.g food, labor, utilities
