We are North Star Construction. We are a general contractor and complete projects of any size, from small remodels to new construction. We have over 30 years of construction experience and are looking to add value as we grow our company. Work days will generally be from 8:00am to 4:00pm.

We require that you:
-Own a vehicle with a tow hitch, capable of hauling 3000 lbs.
-Use your personal vehicle to travel to and from jobsites
-Personal tools are recommended, but not required

-Flexible scheduling for personal matters
-1 Week Paid Vacation
Compensation:
-Salary: $40,000 (paid hourly)
-Reimbursements: $0.56 per mile
-Bonus: profit % of under budget jobs, leads secured
We expect compensation for this position to be over $60,000 when done correctly. There are opportunities to take on other roles in the company, perform other duties, and have flexibility with work. All we require is that the work is done correctly, efficiently, and to the satisfaction of the customer.
