Expert PMO (m/f/d)

As a PMO Expert for Supply Chain Management projects at METRO, you will play a central role in driving the success of strategic initiatives by enabling effective project planning, coordination, and execution. You will serve as a key point of contact for PMO-related topics, supporting internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient project delivery and alignment with business objectives. In this role, you will help manage timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication across multiple initiatives. By ensuring consistency in project governance and documentation, you will contribute to the optimization of processes and the continuous improvement of our global supply chain operations.Act as the first point of contact for all PMO-related topics within supply chain projects, liaising with internal stakeholders and external implementation partnersSupport the business in driving strategic and operational projects by ensuring structured project execution and alignment with timelines and quality standardsCoordinate and steer all PMO activities across multiple workstreams, fostering alignment and process efficiencyMonitor project progress, identify potential risks or bottlenecks, and facilitate proactive problem resolutionEnsure transparent communication through regular project reporting and documentationMaintain project governance structures, tools, and templates to enable consistency across initiatives
