Title: Business Analyst

Location: Durham, NC or Cambridge, MA or Hybrid

JOB DUTIESRequirements analysis and validation against actual system capabilitiesRequirements traceability (URS, FS, DS, SIT, UAT, and Traceability Matrix) review and end to end mapping of any missing requirementsDocumentation of user requirements specifications and functional specifications from existing design documents or other relevant documentsTest script (SIT and UAT) review and revision (where necessary) to reflect actual system functionalityValidation package (e.g. Validation Plan, Validation Report, System Management SOP, etc.) review and revision (where appropriate) of content? Quality ensure a high level of quality in solutions is delivered and GxP standards complied with? Vendor Coordination work closely with the vendor on issues to ensure resolution? General project management activities (schedule, status tracking, escalation, etc)

REQUIRED SKILLS? Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in computer science, Information Technology and/or related discipline.? 3+ years of experience working in a GxP environment (MUST)? 5+ years of IT related BA experience? Strong communication skills and a background of working directly with business users? Enjoys detailed analysis and making a positive impact

ADDITIONAL EXPECTATIONS? Experience working on a CLM system (nice to have)? Experience working on SaaS applications? Experience working on applications that are used globally and have multiple interfaces
