Description We are offering an opportunity for a Dispatcher to join our team in Durham, North Carolina. In the service industry, this role focuses on managing customer interactions, handling billing functions, and ensuring the smooth operation of our management system. Responsibilities: Managing customer inquiries and providing solutions promptly Processing and managing customer credit applications with accuracy Handling billing functions and related activities Utilizing the CRM to maintain up-to-date and accurate customer records Monitoring customer accounts and executing appropriate actions Leveraging computer programs such as IBM AS/400 and ADP - Financial Services for efficient workflow Answering inbound calls and providing excellent customer service Ensuring the effective operation of our management system Using the 'About Time' tool for efficient time management and task organization. Requirements Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services to manage monetary transactions and financial records Familiarity with various computer programs to execute tasks efficiently Knowledge of CRM for maintaining and enhancing customer relationships Experience with IBM AS/400 to handle business applications effectively Ability to use a management system for organizing and coordinating tasks Proficiency in About Time for efficient time and project tracking Possess the skill to provide apt answers to queries and issues Experience in answering inbound calls efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction Ability to handle billing functions, ensuring accurate invoicing Excellent communication skills for clear and effective interaction with team members and clients.
