To support that challenge, the Syngenta Seeds team is currently seeking a Digital Product Owner.Role Purpose: The Digital Product Owner will manage development and implementation of trait capture tools, coordinate Trialing Operational Processing systems, and drive integration and synergy across related product. ownersAccountabilities:Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap for the Trialing Process ecosystemEnsure effective prioritization of features and enhancements across all related systemsCollaborate with stakeholders to define and refine product requirementsCoordinate with IT, analytics, and data science teams to implement technical solutionsDrive continuous improvement in Seeds Material Management and Inventory processesOversee the development and enhancement of trait capture toolsFacilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration among product ownersMeasure and report on key performance indicators for the Trialing Process
