Head of Global Finance Processes (m/f/d)

Your tasks:Create and drive the transformation of global finance processes with our international Global Solution Center (GSC) and various stakeholders.Define the financial model for the “OneGSC Target Picture”, incl. tools, platforms and dashboards to track the project financials Create and manage effective governance mechanisms, e.g. Steering Committees, deep dives, retrospectives, etc.Lead and track the project progress, interdependencies, risks as well as decision requirements and provide regular updates to GSC Leadership and METRO AG boardProactively identify and track other METRO initiatives with influence on potential expansion for GSC.Coordinate with functional leaders to ensure execution.Create and drive change management and communication strategy for GSC transformation; design and deliver related workshops and events.
