Configuration, maintenance, and system-side quality assurance of the Workday HCM system, including data error analysis, data integrity checks, and first-level support for HR end users; close coordination with external Application Management Service (AMS) partnersSystem ownership for HR-specific tools (e.g., Culture Amp, SmartRecruiters), including interface monitoring, user administration, and functional support during daily operationsProcess and system consulting: analysis of existing HR processes and HR data flows, identification of optimization opportunities, and requirements gathering and evaluation in collaboration with HR stakeholdersSystem implementation and ongoing development of HR-specific requirements in Workday and other HR systems — including the integration of business processes and IT methodologies to sustainably optimize support and business operationsParticipation in international HR digitalization projects: support for system rollouts, testing of new system features, and technical integration into existing HR processes, as well as release managementKnowledge management: development and delivery of training sessions for HR users, documentation of system processes, and derivation and communication of best practices and trends from new Workday releases
